Pinhão, Portugal

Pinhão is at the centre of the Port Wine Protected Designation of Origin region and this is where the most famous producers are located. Furthermore, its landscape is inscribed on the World Heritage List. From Oporto, you can access Pinhão by train (Porto-Campanhã Station), in a journey through the beautiful Douro Railway Line, that takes about 2.30 hours and costs €10.85 (2016).
